If your in LA and you want to enjoy some amazing fashion and learn about Louis Vouitton, your in for a treat. Now through Septmeber 15, 2019 you can enjoy the 160-year history of creative exchanges and artistic collaborations. Let's be honest most of us don't have the luxury of going to Fashion Week to see these pieces front row. Now you have a chance to see them up close and personal and even take some amazing photos while your there. I went to this exhibiton with one of my friends and it was truly a gagging experience. It made me feel alive, and excited to be a creator.
Anyways, while i was there I learned a lot about Louis Vuitton, here are a few facts about his life and legacy.
1. When Louis V was 17 he moved to Paris
2. He worked on his craft for 34 years before he branched out and made his own trunk.
3.He started with one product, a trunk!
5. It takes 5 days to make a speedy handbag.
6. The iconic monogram logo on the handbags is actually inspired by Japanese style crests.
